That is what it says on the container and it does...but they will return............and they are sneaky. The grass crawls s l o w l y under the edging while we are sleeping. The leaves biodegrade into the rock that we put down to keep out the weeds and little seeds sprout in the new soil formed among the rocks. It is a conspiracy.........
