On a social level, do you honestly care which political party your friends belong to? My social groups don't discuss politics heavily and we all get along great.
I have friends who are veterans. Some are Democrats, some are Republicans. I am a Democrat and a veteran.

My post was a response, so the point was already established. I too have friends and family that are Democrats. But, my Democrat friends are not the fringe liberals that are still claiming that Hillary was cheated, or innocent. On the other hand, I have a couple of neighbors that would not come out of their homes for days after the election because they were so upset. Even cancelled their scheduled activities because they couldn't face the world, they were so depressed. Very weak people.
