I used the villages health hearing specialist for my hearing test, going back in a few weeks for second test and final recommendations. While they have access to hearing aids, they appear to be independent, and I will be free to shop around. NOTE: the villages health specialists accept traditional Medicare and supplement insurance, so anyone can use them. I have had hearing tests for my entire career (work requirement), and the one I gort was by far more extensive then anything I had received in the past. Call any one of the villages health centers for an appointment.
