the 9th circuit court or any other court can not over turn what the president has ordered by virtue of constitutional power.
That is the issue.....which the opposition will most certainly not agree with.....we shall see.

pS..I do agree in principal, and think he should just suck it up and do what he has to do. Only thing to prevent that would be if he DID mean to ban Muslims.
