How anal retentive would one have to be to have the original card after 55 years? A birth certificate, a marriage/divorce certificate, even a DD 214 I could see. but those came later in life. I got my card in my mid teens. I doubt if I could have found it 6 months later.

We had to get a Fla driver's license to register and insure the car we leave in Fla.
