A fence gives us much better security (plus being a LOT cheaper), but Chump can't take the chance of losing face since he has insisted it will be a
"wall"...regardless of what the experts say.
It will be fun watching him squirm and backtrack though, if by some small chance...he actually listens to those who know a he11 of a lot more than he does.
Any bets that he will admit he's wrong though?
