Chatbrat, I saw the report in the online site. All I could think was "ick"! The report indicated it was open the next day after cleanup. This reaction was similar to when I read about the Chinese food place that had the same problem. To my way of thinking, if a food establishment waits until the inspector comes around to take care of a problem like this, rather than being extremely proactive with this type issue, why on earth would I possibly want to eat there even after the inspector's "go-ahead". Pride of ownership/operation appears to be lacking!
