Nice accommodations to share.

2B/2B courtyard villa( in waking distance to Spanish Springs) and will rent out 1B/1B with shared kitchen, dining, living room and large lanai!

Large TV in bedroom and shower/bath in bathroom.
$800 a month including shared golf cart if needed.
