Im asking for $1400 if you don't want to take care of the yard..otherwise it would be $1350. My house is my personal house and the location can't get much better..2 min walking to Spanish Springs and a very nice house inside!! and out!!
Im away for possibly 4- or more years..so would really like to find an annual good renter.
