Having the
'World's Most Famous Beach' just a short drive away... will be an attraction to a lot of people.
And given the number of 'Parrot Heads' retiring in the near future...I believe will also attract certain folks.
I'm also guessing that they're not even trying to compete with TV on size and amenities...and that will be an attraction to some also.
