Default Annual rental-Courtyard 2B/2B-$1600
2B/2B fresh, pretty, comfortable courtyard villa
2 min walk to Spanish Springs-Del Mar area.

Looking for an annual renter for 2-3 years but will take one year at a time!

Ideally May 2018 onward..but please contact soon!
$1600 plus inside costs
4 seater Golf Cart but you must have coverage for the golf cart and yourself if anything is to happen to you or it while on it!
will accept 1 small dog
There is a doggier door.
1 pass for renter, other must be purchased by you.
I will cover amenity fee and Massey bug services and yard trimming/upkeep.
