CenturyLink outage 4/25 - 4/28:
I was without service for over 2 days. They are not going to give me a credit because I do not have a work ticket. I called the internet outage line about 20 times during the 2+ day outages and never spoke to anyone. Does anyone have a work item for the outage?
Anyone have a suggestion for a service provider for 3 services. I have had it with CL.
