I bought mine at Palmer and they work great.
A couple of things I've learned however.
1. I only put my name and telephone number on them, as I really don't want my address advertised.
2. They will wear and become unreadable after a while, so I cut strips of clear strapping tape to put over them...which seems to make them last longer.
I have been fortunate so far and haven't had a situation where they were needed, but given the cost of clubs these days...it is very cheap insurance.
