Great location, great cozy, pretty place!
Doggie door, TV in each bedroom, King in master, Queen in Guest bedroom, 4 seater gas golf cart
Will allow 1 small dog

Available Aug, Sept Oct and Dec-2017, May onward..looking for monthly or long term!

Monthly Rental Costs:
Dec-$1400
Jan-$3500
May-Aug-$1300
Sept-Nov-$1400

Annual Rental-$1500 and you pay inside fees
Amenity fee and yard, bug care-I pay
