We used Frank and his son who has 12 years of HVHC experince they did a wonderful job. They on the roof, in the attic, all over the outside, plus a thermo heat gun that shows spots of heat or AC loss.
We had the finished report the same day via email, they also emailed The Villages Home Warranty Department the inspection report also.
