RENT a cozy, sweet, charming 2 B /2B for August ($1300), September, October, or Dec of 2017 -$1400 for Sept, Oct, Dec.
Also looking for an annual renter for May 2018 onward for $1500 a mo!
Great location, great neighborhood.
Will allow one small dog--There is a doggie door into the private courtyard backyard!

Must purchase own "owners membership card" for $50 per month! Everything else is covered when rented monthly!
