You said you called but have you gotten an estimate from them? I also had damage around the spa grab rail. It was because of an improper rail install.
I had them tear out a block and pour a new block. I had them add five additional decos and i had them repaint my lanai and birdcage. Despite the unusual and frequent rainfall. they responded within a reasonable time, did effect good repairs and all of them were polite and helpful.
I hope you too have a similar experience.
