We recently bought a new courtyard villa. The gutters on the house drain to the concrete patios and then run down to the small amount of grass. The concrete patio is beginning to get a bit discolored as a result. Is it permissible to cut through the concrete and bury a pipe from the gutter which will run down to the existing drain in the backyard grass? Just wondering if anyone has done something about this and what it was. Or did you just leave it as is?
