Thanks Dave! We are really excited. Closing is this Friday but unfortunately can't make it because of work. But the good news is I'm retiring on July 21. The weekend after next we move our stuff from Sarasota (have a small condo there which is being sold) to Phillips. Then in mid August we drive down with the dog and spend at least a month there.
