The stain does look rust or orange colored but it looks like it begins at the downspout and widens as it runs down so I'm not thinking it is the irrigation system. Actually we are running out of funds to do anything about this as we just ordered a recliner, contracted to have concrete landscaping curbing and rocks installed replacing our pine needle mulch and bought a new golf cart. I'm thinking any gutter drainage modifications could be rather expensive. Maybe at some point in the future or we just may leave as is.
