The is Hugh amount of resale now on the market and there always be. Most don't sale that quickly. Zillow shows most resale's on the market. They village sales only list theirs. As new villages flood the market. Resale's will sales will slow in not prime locations. Ok all you few that sold in week can contradict what's reality now.
