We early boomers are going to start dying off at the same rate we were born and there will be a huge number of resales available which will change the marketing strategy of TV but I'm sure they are well aware of whats ahead and are already making plans to offset the available properties.

The is Hugh amount of resale now on the market and there always be. Most don't sale that quickly. Zillow shows most resale's on the market. They village sales only list theirs. As new villages flood the market. Resale's will sales will slow in not prime locations. Ok all you few that sold in week can contradict what's reality now.
