The October Bulletin, just delivered, in the upper left of the third page says that;
"The POA has just received its report from the structural engineer it hired to examine and provide recommendations regarding the cracked lanai ceilings. The POA Board will discuss it at its October meeting and determine if there is a reasonable plan of action. Everyone who has contacted the POA will be informed of any next steps."
