I agree Jan. People certainly have a right to post their individual concerns. If Golferling considers discolored chairs to constitute Ghetto conditions, so be it. I'll bet the Belvedere chairs are on a list for replacement, as this was mentioned by many individuals in the Spring Satisfaction Survey as an issue. Golferling said that the Pimlico Rec Director said she is getting prices on new chairs. It would seem a solution might be imminent.

I guess I've been fortunate in getting immediate action from TV whenever a problem occurred. As an example, there were fire ant hills on the golf course in back of our Villa. When I personally contacted the appropriate golf course director, the problem was remedied within 24 hours. Of course, getting chairs replaced is a much more complicated issue and takes more time.

Overall, I'm just extremely impressed that TV heats all pools to 83 degrees all winter long!
