We have had no complaints. Also, this is our second "new construction" home. I can't say enough about the care and efficiency of the builder and other contractors in taking care of any little thing we requested. Back in Illinois, things were taken care of "eventually." We loved our home there, but the followup left much to be desired. I can't say enough about our builder and the developer here. I'm simply a big fan.

As for the "love it or leave it" mentality. I think it's rare, but there are a two or three posters that seem to never, ever be pleased. And I've often wondered why they do stay? I think it's just natural human curiosity. I've said as much to a friend who might complain constantly about their marriage. Why do you stay in it? I, personally, cannot understand any person that wants to wallow in unhappiness. Possibly low self-esteem? :dontknow: So, consequently after many, many negatives posts about TV, I might say "love it or leave it" or "Why do you stay?" Yes, I am guilty as charged because it baffles me. Nothing personal, just curious.
