I agree that constant negative posters are typically negative people. I tend to stay clear of grouchy, constant complainers. Ghetto?? Attacked?? OMG Silly isn't the word, Russ!! Complainers think everyone and everything is against them. I love the Villages and am thankful for the attention given to minor problems. Call the right people, and problems are looked into. Disagreeing=attacking?? Stains=Ghetto?? COME ON!! Another example of the great way things are handled. The girl that reads the water meter recognized a leak. She was replacing the cover that my neighbor had reported being broken. The leak was in the PVC pipe leading to my house. The water dept. is not responsible for PVC pipe going to the house. I called the supervisor and told her how I thought MAYBE the pipe was cracked due to a broken lid. NEXT DAY-FIXED!! No arguments, just fixed it!! BRAVO water dept.. Up north, I would have had to catch the leak on my own. I would call the proper people and the red tape and time to git 'er done up north, forgedaboudit!! I would not even bother to try and get help. KUDOS to water dept. for prompt curtious service.
