We are not attackers! We can't fix your problem! Go through the proper procedures and people to get it done. I didn't complain about my broken water pipe here, I called the proper people and got it fixed! Response to several personal inquiries have so far been favorable. I don't think a rec director is the person to contact??!! Not an attack, just my opinion.

Nah...correct that. A critical public posting is NOT the best first step. The last step maybe, but certainly not until a lot of other resources have proven unresponsive.
