Of course, anyone has a right to voice their complaints about any shortcoming of the TV in this forum, whether the complaints be real or imagined. However, posting complaints about problem in here will not get them fixed. Got a gator in your pool, rats in your attic, drunk bums sleeping at your postal center? Feel free to post as much and as often as you like about it. It might make you feel better. But it won't get the problems solved. The writer who started this thread said that he/she "hope someone prints this out and sends it to John Rohan, or one of the developers, or the person head of the rec directors." Possibly, just possibly, had the poster sent the letter to Rohan or one of the others him/herself instead of posting here, (or in addition to posting here) they might have some satisfaction now.

Airing complaints on TOTV might be cathartic, but it doesn't get the problem solved.
