I'm much more concerned about elderly people that should;t be driving at all.
I once helped a lady who I thought had fallen down in her driveway. she was trying to plug her charger in. She explained to me that she is legally blind and they won't let her drive a car so her only alternative is to drive a golf cart.

I was driving on the path beside Paradise Lake a few weeks ago and a woman in a car was heading directly at me in the opposite direction. She swerved to miss me, literally by inches, at the very last second.

Another time I was driving in my cart and a guy came to a full and complete stop at a stop sign. Then he pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes so hard that I skidded and my tires screeched.

A cart going 22 or 25 or even 30 down a road or in cart lane is nowhere near top of the list that we have with problem drivers in this community.

Afew MPH over the limit not usually a big problem.
