I have been researching the rental market in advance of buying a home in the villages for both rental and personal use. You may get lucky if you are willing to rent a 1 bedroom place. Right now that's all I find left for the coming winter season. But if that meets your needs..... The living area appears to be about the same as a 2 bd patio villa and some have murphy beds or sleeper sofas in the great room. Hope that helps.
