Non-RINO republicans -- Trump, Bannan, Teaparty, Libertarian (esp) -- have an understanding of Type 1 vs. Type 2 (instinctively if not explicit).
All the problems of which you speak can be justly solved by elimination of Type 2 laws, particularly Femo-Fascism's signature law.
