It was the Republican Governors in 1991 who were the most helpful and the Republican Senators and Members of the House who were also aiding me and my 224 613 Project back in the 1990s. There were a few Democrats who sent me useful communications especially the Adviser to the Clinton Administration in Domestic Policy Carol H. Rasco in 1993.
