The new kids on the block haven’t even started to make big decisions on their own. Fenney’s residents are very much villagers. every time we stop in, everyone greats you with a smile. At least 1/3 have moved from another village. Sometimes I wonder if the friendliest hometown is now residing in the south.

That's because everyone is happy down here. It is truly amazing how many people have moved down from other villages to take advantage of this environment. 3 of the 7 homeowners on our street did just that and we have met many more who did the same. The only thing we need down here right now is rain, everything else will come as "The New Kids" have planned it, just takes time.
