Sorry I'm late, this was in my spam folder. We have yet to find anyone to instal the enclosure. I have asked 3 people for prices, one told me $1,100 without looking at it, the other two have not replied.

I see you were looking for a contractor to install a glass shower system in a bathroom? I was wondering if you found anyone? We live in Duval and are thinking about doing the same thing. Thanks for your help.

We were very happy with Jim Gallagher, a Villages rep. He negotiated a purchase for us where we and the seller had multiple counter offers. He was recommended to us by friends who used him with their purchase. He showed us only the houses that met our criteria, which did not include new houses. We also used Debbie Gentry with Re/Max for the MLS sales. We cannot recommend her as she had significant bias against some areas, which were not a concern for us, and would not show us houses in those areas. Using Realtor dot com, we requested showings of some houses but she explained that she would not take us to several (overpriced, wrong area, etc.). However, she showed us several houses that needed significant work, whereas our criteria had excluded fixer-uppers.
