I think you people are all soft. I went through school in Florida from 4th grade to 12th and never had an air conditioned school. Graduated from St. Petersburg High in 1968 and it's still open and in use. In fact it's 3 stories tall on the sides and back. It was built in 1923 and looks the same now as it did then.
Next time you're in St. Pete at Mazzaro's Italian Deli, go 17 blocks south, turn left on 5th Ave. and go 3 blocks and you're at St. Pete High.
