And, mid-year 2017 sales for the Villages were 983 -> RCLCO Advisory: Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities: Mid-Year Update 2017

With sales averaging around 2,200 per year, it would take about 7 years to add 30,000 to The Villages population. I believe this is a reasonable estimation.
