It's hitting up north as well. Same type of stuff lasting 4 weeks or more. Everyone where I work eventually got it. Seems to be mostly viral. The only one who needed antibiotics to combat it was the person who got resulting pneumonia from it. The rest of us persevered because symptoms did not warrant antibiotics. It is a persistant, long lasting bug. Lots of rest and fluids to break up the mucous seems to be a good prescription for it.
