Is it just me, or is anyone else impressed with the speed of the development down there? And they are already starting homes in De Soto!

We first came to TV in April 2011 and Buena Vista ended at the Turtle Mound traffic circle, you could not go all the way to the red light at 466A. There was nothing south of 466A, the first homes for sale were opened in August 2011. I went there on a caravan put together by salesman Tony Trussler, who thought we might be interested even though we had already moved into Tamarind Grove. By August Buena Vista had connected to 466A and you could go east on 466A to Morse, but Morse only went to the first traffic circle. You either exited onto Pinellas or went back up Morse. You turned onto Pinellas and there was nothing but sand in every direction except for about 5 or 6 furnished models on Braddy Ct. You turned right on the second right turn which was Asher Ct and then right on Braddy Ct. and proceeded to the cul-de-sac at the end of the street to the models.
That area south of 466A was basically finished by 2015 until they bought the land in Lake County which became Pine Ridge, Pine Hills, LaBelle and Osceola Hills. Which added Belle Glade Country Club, several executives, 2 Rec Centers, a Shopping Center, etc.
