I’m wondering at what point development should have stopped? The Villages had its first 400 homes in the 80s. Should Harold Schwartz have stopped then? When is enough enough? I think it is when people no longer want your product. As long as there is demand, TV will grow. BTW, any homeowner is free to add solar panels and many have done so.
