You are talking about the framing, not the finished home. Before that was the underlayment, the attachments to the infrastructure, the surveying and placement, and after that is all of the other things that happen when a house is built. A Villages home is not EVER completed in five days. They give you the date of closing when you sign the papers to buy. Ours was about three months and it had been done for a week or so. We watched it every day. It is our second new home in The Villages.
