Was with a Villages Realtor the other day in Fenney. He took me to this house as I was interested in the Indigo & Silverbell floorplan. The home is out of my price range but he wanted me to see some of the changes they are making. He said that the design staff is trying out new things from comments by buyers. If the changed floorplan sells quickly, they try it again. I really liked what I was hearing from the rep about design. It will however cause me to wait a while longer on my purchase to see what other new design changes come along!
