Does anyone know why the sidewalk along 441/27 near Spanish Springs is blocked off? I've seen barricades on all sections of the sidewalk from Morse Blvd all the way to Avenida Central.
I can't figure out why it might be blocked off and I know someone on ToV who is smarter than me will know (or at least will express their opinion).
