Based on comments I think I was the cause of the rust spots......That being said i will try both the Muratic acid and also the Iron Out when I find out who sells it.
Snow Cap caused bleached out spots on drive. Will have to give time to see if it fads.
One larger spot not caused by me and of unknown origin may be a more difficult problem.
