Still no responses about my concern for property values. Many people, on this thread alone, view the cactus landscape to be an "eyesore" and have voiced their opinions about it.
What can be done if someone is trying to sell their home when an eyesore is visible to their property? I'm not referring only to the cactus landscape but any eyesore in any part of our community. Can something be done if negative feedback from potential buyers to the selling agent includes an eyesore visible to the home up for sale? Does anyone know if something can be done?
