A non street legal cart can drive on any of the in Village streets, (not main streets where speed is 35) all multi model trails and golf courses. Carts speed is set at 19.9 mph. Most have lights and horn but not some of the other things
I seen lot of street legal carts, they look no different than my decked out Yamaha. Don't ever recall windshield wipers?

Maybe the insurance going up from all the idiots crashing or getting hit to cover law suits?
