If anyone is looking for a home watch person, we have been very happy with Jeff Halstead. His prices are pretty typical - $10 a visit. He’ll run the faucets, toilets and start up the golf cart and anything else you want done. He sends an email after the inspection and bills us by the month. We’ve also had him meet the heating guy there for repairs. We are in the process of shipping our Jeep Wrangler to the Villages and due to a sick dog, the Jeep may get there before us. Jeff said he could meet the transporter, inspect the Jeep and park it in our driveway. I asked him how much and he said He would just charge us the usual $10. We will definitely be paying him more than that. If you are looking for an honest home watch guy, give Jeff a call.
