At that time we did not have gutters, and the staining was just the run off from the roof. Take a look at your house and see if the downspouts can be relocated to another area. If this looks like an option, have one of the gutter companies (we used Hills) give you a quote. NOTE: the orginal gutters will probably need to be removed to alter the slope for proper drainage. Also, be careful, if you relocate the flow to the drainage area between houses, you may cause problems for your neighbor.

Hi, thanks. We contacted M & M Services; (found some recommendations for them on this forum) they said the downspout couldn't be moved because of the pergola over the entry way. I wasn't there so I'm not sure what they meant.
