I would love your recipe for this. I used to make pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips in them. Sounded weird to a lot of people but take one bite and look out - they are yummy and addictive! Don't make them anymore because I don't need the temptation.
If you're willing to share, I would love your recipe which sounds much more healthy.
Sorry, I have no suggestions for your low carb pizza dilemma. I have done a few recipes with almond flour as well due to my son being gluten intolerant. As you say, it's amazing how your tastes change when you make permanent changes in your diet. Feeling better and having more energy are great side effects too!
