I love it!! I could fly right over the traffic and through the roundabouts. If it can be equipped with a golf bag holder, it could also save a lot of wear and tear on the golf courses.
I think the idea of limiting them to 16 ft in altitude is a good one. Just enough to go over a tractor-trailer or a train.
