Come on. The % of adult children living here to crime compared to the % of home owners to crime is a big #.
Is there a tax write-off that makes people overlook the negative. You know if your adult child is a screw up. You can't be blind or surprised, you made them.

They ARE allowed to live here. We moved to a CDD not a voting metropolis. Adults living with parents aren't concealed, the other news and the local news sheds light on them when they break the law. I don't know why he is living at home. I don't think anyone is applauding this particular very upsetting situation. I wonder if people wonder why our 53 year old daughter has always lived with us?
In a CDD the deed restrictions and the rules governing them are in place and you can vote to live there or not. I think it is kind of amazing how well this CDD works.
