Although I can't recommend a place to get the injections referenced at or near the Villages, I can tell you that I had them up North. I don't want you to falsely get your hopes up, they are a short term solution at best. Doctors push them because they get kick-backs from the pharmaceutical companies that profit greatly from the shots. They may give short term relief to people that have mild osteoarthritis (still have a fair amount of healthy cartilage), but if you have bone on bone in the knee, they will do little to nothing to help. These injections are usually something that just buys a little time before the inevitable knee replacement that we are all desperately hoping to avoid. Here is wishing the OP the best of luck.
